Can you believe, its June already? I know time flies, but time seems to be flying surprisingly faster in this pandemic. And what surprises more is that Newton's Law of relativity doesn't even apply here. Coz I am definitely not having fun being confined at home.
June also happens to be the time school reopens, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that Ishanvi enjoys her online school just like she did last year. But that also means I lose out on 2 hours of my morning time, since I have to attend online school along with her. :(
Monsoons will soon arrive and I am glad I don't have to step out of the house thanks to the pandemic. So I can just stay at home, watch the rain, smell the wet soil and eat bhajiyas.
Now that we are on the eating topic, it reminds me, that Mango season is going to end soon and it makes me sad. But the silver lining is now I don't have to kill myself over excessively indulging in my favourite fruit. Because the one rule that I have always followed in my entire life is Mango calories don't count. You eat as much as you want, whenever you want.
Would you believe if I told you that I haven't shopped a single thing for myself since March 2020? So, for outfit posts, I am relying heavily on borrowed stuff. Case in point, today's outfit.
This Saree is a Gadhwal silk saree borrowed from my sister. It happens to be the first saree she bought, and as usual I have worn it more times than she has. And the best part is she doesn't even complain. She's happy someone is using it and her money is not totally wasted. Well...works for me...Perfectly.
The clutch I am carrying here was sent to me by PerfectCutt. I love the finishing and fine craftsmanship and the fact that its maroon helps me pair it with most of my traditional outfits.
